REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
Customers can initiate cancellation within 1 day of making the payment online. Since, we are service providers we will immediately start working on the service required or query submitted online.
Refund would be processed in one day only after discussion with our team and it will take 6 to 7 days to reflect in Customer Bank Account.
Cancellation would be approved only after discussion with us. In case, there is no contact and time is elapsed that is one day from client side. We would not accept any cancellation or refund unless the service required does not get completed from our side.
There would be deduction of 2%, that would be payment gateway charge. In case, payment was made without any intention to obtain any kind of service and refund was sought in a day. However, there would not be any kind of deduction in case there is a delay or service does not get completed.
We will verify all the details submitted by you and can ask for Identity Proof or Or Details of Transaction to process a refund.
We will not grant any kind of refund if we have started work on the service after discussion with the prospective client. And in between customer changes his or her mind to stop the ongoing work.
